Strip & Wax
VCT, terrazzo and hard floors brought back to a wet shine
A waxed floor only looks new for as long as the finish under it is sound. We take the old finish all the way off — not a scrub-and-recoat over yellowed layers — neutralize the stripper, let the tile dry properly, and lay four to five thin coats of commercial finish with full cure time between them. Retail floors, office corridors, schools, clinics and warehouses across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan, scheduled overnight so your doors open on time.
Our Process
Walk & Measure
We measure the square footage, check the existing finish, and quote it in writing.
Strip
Furniture and racks moved, stripper laid down, old finish machine-scrubbed off and picked up wet.
Neutralize & Dry
The slab is rinsed and pH-neutralized, then left to dry — finish over a damp floor is what causes hazing.
Finish
Four to five thin coats, each given real cure time, then everything put back where it was.
