Carpet Cleaning

Hot water extraction for commercial carpet and tile

Free QuoteWisconsin · Minnesota · Illinois · Michigan · 24/7

Commercial carpet fails at the traffic lanes first — the corridor, the doorway, the path from the entry to the counter — because it is holding grit that a vacuum never reaches. We pre-treat those lanes and the spots, agitate the pile so the solution gets to the base of the fiber, then hot-water-extract it out. Carpet tile, broadloom, cubicles and entry areas, dried fast enough to be walked on before you open.

Our Process

1

Inspect

We check the fiber, the backing and the worst lanes, and tell you honestly what will and will not come out.

2

Pre-Treat

Traffic lanes and individual spots get the right chemistry and enough dwell time to work.

3

Agitate & Extract

The pile is groomed so the solution reaches the base, then hot-water extracted.

4

Dry

Air movers placed on the wet lanes so nobody walks onto a soaked floor in the morning.
