Rough, final and touch-up construction clean-up
A build is not finished until it is clean enough to hand over, and construction dust does not come off in one pass. We work the standard three phases — rough clean-up once the trades are out, a full final clean, and a touch-up right before the walkthrough — because drywall dust keeps settling out of the air for days. Sticker and label removal, paint flecks off hardware and glass, dust out of every track, vent and light fixture, debris hauled off.
Our Process
Rough Clean
Debris and packaging out, surfaces swept and knocked down top to bottom once the trades finish.
Final Clean
Every surface detailed by hand — glass, tracks, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, floors.
Floor Finish
Hard floors scrubbed and, where the spec calls for it, sealed or waxed before handover.
Touch-Up
A last pass the day before the walkthrough, because dust keeps falling after the final clean.
