About JC King Cleaning Services
An owner-run cleaning company working out of Eau Claire across four states.
Our Story
JC King Cleaning Services was started by Mayret Martinez Aquino on a simple idea: a clean floor is only as good as the work underneath it. Anybody can put a coat of finish down. Very few crews will take the old finish all the way off first, neutralize the slab and wait for it to dry properly — which is the only reason a floor still looks right in month six.
From our home base in Eau Claire we cover all of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan — Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Chicago and metro Detroit on regular routes. Strip and wax, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, new construction clean-up and move in / move out turnovers all run through the same crew, which is why our schedules hold and our quotes do not drift. It also means one company can take a space from a dusty handover through to a maintained floor on a recurring schedule — instead of you chasing three separate contractors.
We’re a registered Wisconsin LLC, we carry insurance, and we’re bilingual — se habla español. We work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, because most of this work has to happen while your doors are closed, and every job starts with a free, written quote.
What We Stand For
We Show Up
A real start date and a real crew size, not a vague window. If anything moves, you hear it from us first.
Straight Answers
If a lane is worn rather than dirty, or a floor needs a recoat rather than a strip, we say so — even though it costs us the job.
Done Properly
Stripped, neutralized, dried and rebuilt in thin coats with real cure time. That is where a floor that lasts is won.
Local & Bilingual
Eau Claire-based, on the road across four states every week, and comfortable in English or Spanish.
Our Mission
Leave every property looking better than the owner expected, with a floor that still looks right in month twelve. We do the steps nobody sees, and we would rather lose a bid than cut the one that makes the work last.
Our Promise
You get the price in writing before we start, and you walk the finished work with us before we leave. If you spot something, we put it right then and there — no argument, no invoice.
